Hieff® miRNA Universal qPCR SYBR Master Mix-1 mL

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are short non-coding RNAs (~22 nucleotides) that play key roles in gene regulation in both plants and animals. This kit uses SYBR Green I fluorescence for sensitive and specific quantification of miRNAs by qPCR.

The 2×Hieff™ miRNA Universal qPCR Master Mix is a ready-to-use reagent designed for miRNA quantification. It includes a special ROX reference dye compatible with most qPCR instruments—no need to adjust ROX levels. Just add your primers and cDNA template to start the reaction.

This mix contains a chemically modified, heat-activated DNA polymerase and an optimized buffer for improved specificity, sensitivity, and accurate quantification across a wide range.

For best results, use it with the Hifair™ miRNA 1st Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit (Tailing).
